JustVPN User Agreement

Welcome to JustVPN. By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the use of the JustVPN online service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service, including registration on the website, purchasing subscriptions, using net connections, or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have fully read and accept the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the User must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of Services and Digital Goods

2.1. The Service provides network connection optimization and net server access (intangible digital services/goods).

2.2. Services include providing configuration files and server access to optimize traffic.

2.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the value of the Service's services lies in ensuring a stable connection, technical support, and regular configuration updates.

2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness or exclusivity of the protocols used.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

• compliance of the Service with the subjective expectations of the User;
• uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service on all networks and devices.

3.3. The Administration is not responsible for:

• any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits;
• consequences of the User's use of the net connection;
• actions or omissions of third parties (including internet service providers);
• temporary technical failures and access restrictions.

3.4. All decisions regarding the use of the services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.

4. Legality of Use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate illegal activities.

4.2. The User agrees to use the Service solely in compliance with applicable law and third-party rules.

4.3. Full responsibility for the legality of using net connections lies with the User.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials on the Service's website are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, or sharing access to the Service with third parties without the permission of the Administration.

5.3. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in restriction of access to the Service without compensation.

6. Access Restriction

6.1. The Administration has the right to suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service (block the account) in case of:

• violation of the terms of this Agreement;
• detection of abuse (e.g., reselling access, multi-accounting outside the selected plan);
• requirements of the law or payment systems.

6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from previously incurred obligations.

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to deny service to Users whose actions create high risks for the Service or other users.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1. Payment for services is made on the terms specified in the Service prior to payment.

7.2. Due to the intangible nature of the services, refunds are not provided after subscription access is granted, except as noted below.

7.3. A refund is possible only if:

• access to the subscription was not provided due to a technical error on the Service's side;
• the service is not working due to an issue on the Service's side, and the Administration was unable to resolve it within 72 hours.

7.4. To request a refund, the User must contact support within 24 hours of the issue occurring.

7.5. Refund decisions are made by the Administration on an individual basis.

7.6. The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback through their bank without first contacting the Service's support.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Administration collects the minimum necessary technical data to ensure the operation of the net connection (email for login).

8.2. The Service does not collect, analyze, or store logs of visited websites, DNS queries, or transmitted content.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. The Administration has the right to modify this Agreement.

9.2. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Service's website.

9.3. Continued use of the Service means the User agrees to the updated terms.
